I have many time complaint in your office regarding landline telephone fault but 1 -2 month i have complaint it but not resolved yet pz do some necsssary action or reason for not sol ved it .

This complaint by emailSir first telephone not working ie fault many complaint but cant repaired dgm sdm complaint it but do nothing contact pg appellate authority by email during fault no reply no action finally phone disconnected by our side at the time deposit all necessary documents when check not come June July then contact with their ao but they deduct fault period amount which are wrong I already complaint that matter but they cant do anything they already phone was fault or not working during that period but they dont do anything only excuses so plz some necessary action your side
Fault period Aug to Nov till disconnected 2017 and refund with rebate not come yet
