Complaint Details
On 11th July 2018, while booking tickets from this website (www.happyeasygo.com) from Mumbai to Delhi and return the website auto-generated my return ticket and changed it from Vistara UK 981 departing Delhi at 21.10 hours to Vistara UK 975 departing Delhi at 6.00 hours and charged me for the wrong ticket without my consent. Upon calling the customer care on July 13, the person in charge Mr Deepak Kumar, admitted that the website randomly books tickets which are different from the customer's selected ticket and denied any compensation. The amount was deducted from my bank at 11.36 PM on 11th July 2018 and i received the faulty tickets at 11.56 PM on 11th July 2018. Please find attached the ticket, email and a screen shot of the debit transaction.
