BEWARE OF MAKEMYTRIP .They can spoil your whole trip
Dear Friends
Beware of MakeMyTrip.com they are no 1 fraud company.Every time they people ditch the customer.
1. On 24th of may i booked cab for Delhi to Patiala and pick up time was 12:30 AM and till 3 AM cab didn't reached .Instead of providing the another cab there executive in midnight saying me to cancel the booking.
My wife had a exam in patiala at 10 Am .
These people harrased me so badly.
2. After One Week i got call from there company when i raised this issue on social media .Sir we are appologise for the same. I said ok no problem.After that they have issued me one voucher of Rs 500/- you can use in another booking . I said ok .Thanks a lot.
3. Since YESTERDAY 13TH JULY ,this company again started harrasing me so badly and got shocked they issued me a fake voucher which is of no use..
4. Again i am booking cab .When i reached at payment page and putting voucher number i am getting its invalid.At that same time i contacted customer support the thing he said to me is Shockable.Sir we have issued you the voucher but you are not allowed to used it after long argue he said after 4 hrs again you can call us we will help you,How to use this voucher.I said ok.
5. Again after few hours when i called them he clearly said this vouches may be issued to u by mistake .I said you people are sitting only make a fool of customer.After argur he said we will arrange a call back for you from our supervisor.its almost 9 hrs i didnot get any call.
6. Again today 14th July i called again customer care i have to book cab please provide me the voucher .She directly said you cannot use that voucher in cab booking.Its for Hotels and flights booking.Every executive having different statement to harrase the client. She said wait on call i am transferring your call to supervisor for 20 min i am on hold no one picking up call.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE TYPE OF FRAUD COMPANY. I HAVE TO TRAVEL TODAY TILL NOW DUE TO THEM I AM UNABLE TO BOOK THE CAB
