Dear Sir / Madam,
Namaste this for your kind informatioon & knowledge that Mr. Shrinivas Murty -Owner Of Balemure Flights Servicesc & Travel Operator From Vijayapura Bangalore was operated his Economic & budgeted group moments in my Hotel Sai Wada Sterling Holidays Resort Shirdi Mahaerastra , We had made BTC Contract duly signed & sealed by This person , and on the basis of that we had given Credit Room Nights & Food Facilities on MAPAI Meal Plan Basis , Few Bills on initial stage he had paid & cleared which was already in our accounts & finance & Front office records but Major bills he had oput on credit Now he denied to paid the pending / Due / Outstanding amount of more than @ 5,00,000/- only and say lie that he had paid to me and front office by cash and sattled the bills , if we told him if you paid thios amount then pl produce the cash paymayent reciepts and clear yopur view for further course of action after saveral communication he had changed his statement and know he say that he doesnt hv cash payments reciepts or he was not collected from hotel .
this is totally lie and mis-guide the resort management . my humble request is kindly longe my complaint against Shrinivas Murty ( Balemure Flight Services & Tour Operator Bangaloreand request to help us to recover the pendiong hotel bills amount from him thanks & regards
