I ordered for a Panasonic cordless phone on insasta.com on 7th july .The model number of the phone I ordered isKX-TGD310.But I received another product and its much like used one with damaged box and without proper accessories.I tried to contact the website through e mail but there is no reply.I need to find a solution for this and I need my money back.
