Mi 32 inch Television was purchased on 15th July 2018. Installation date was scheduled on 17th July 2018 between 6pm to 8 pm. Today is 21st July 2018,Inspite of repeatedly calling Mi toll-free number, fake assurance is given but no technician is coming for installation of the TV. Moreover Mi policy says if the TV packaging box is opened by customer then the warranty becomes nil. Even when asked to take the product back and refund money, they said return policy is not there at Xiaomi. We feel extremely disappointed and cheated.
