To whom it may concern,

I purchased an LG G6 (Blue, 64 GB) phone via Flipkart on the 29th of June 2018 for the discounted price of INR 19440/-
Order ID OD112710590093927000
Due to an issue with the product I initiated a return request for the product. The return request was accepted by flipkart on the 3rd of July 2018 and two refunds were supposed to be received by me from flipkart post the request by the 19th of July 2018.
The refunds amounts and stats for the same are described below
1. An exchange for an refund of INR 8340/- which was received.
2. The original refund for the discounted price paid for the product INR (19440 -100) = 19340 has NOT yet been received. I have contacted Flipkart multiple times regarding the status to the second refund that is not received yet they have not taken any action or either shared any solution for the same.

I request your kind intervention with this matter to that the same may be resolved efficiently and effectively. Kindly do contact me if you require the digital transcripts of the transaction related to the product in question. I will be happy to provide you with the same.
