BSNL HAD DISCONNECTED LANDLINE ON JAN 6TH 2018.THEY HAVENT CREDITED MY REFUND BACK.IN THEIR CITIZENS CHARTER THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND DEPOSIT WITHIN 60 DAYS.THEY HAVENT ANY RESPONSE .THEIR EMPLOYEES SAID NORMALLY IT WILL TAKE 6MONTHS INDICATING IRRESPONSIBLE, INEFFICIENT EMPLOYEES.I NEED A COMPENSATION FOR THIS TOO MUCH DELAY THANKYOU
