Complaint Details
We search in google for Authorised Sony Service Centre in mumbai & we found website sonyservicecentre.in. We call for number provided in website (8422954444) & asked the person that is it authorised sony service centre & he told us yes, we are authorised service centre of Sony. After that we lodged complaint of our TV. The company technician Mr Ved visited our premises & misbehave a lady present at the home. So we want to lodge a police complaint against it.
After that incident we again call that person & he denying that the this is not authorised sony service centre. He also talking misbehavely over the telephone. After that we understand that he cheated us using Sony company name.
