Mswipe is incorrectly charging me rentals when i have raised several tickets to return the device and close my account. On their advice i am not using the device since march 2018. They have told me 5 times that thay have deactivated the device and rental will be stopped and someone will collect the device. But nothing has happened except rental being deducted unlawfully. What shud i do
