Jabong offermed me a discount of Rs.300/-on first purchase, then i registered and selected one flippers. on proceeding for payment app said minimum purchase is Rs.700/- then selected one more pair. And ordered for both by paying Rs.811/- and received a message to mobile and mail that orders are confermed and ready for delivery. Then app has shown clear tracking daily. One pair (second choice of mine)is delivered in advance. Further app showed that another pair will be dilivered by 9-7-18 but failed to deliver, and on the next day also showed as delayed. Suddenly said that product is not delivered for some technical reasons. I have sent mails but of no use. Finally they cancelled the order on their own and app shows that i have cancelled the order. They never agree to say that they have cancelled the order. Surprisingly the product was again inn for sales. Then I asked them to place order on their own as that pair of flippers was my FIRST choice, but they deffered totally and escalated for refund of Rs.374/-.
Sir it is clear and cleverly managed cheating. First sending discound offer, and making the customer to bent to purchase with offer, after that delivering one of them and cancelling the other. So company target and wish is fulfilled.
Another complaint is each and every company shows rather ask for feedback but no one is considering the from customer point of view, to include in feedback. Every point in feedback is totally favourable to company. Then another complaint is every company has interactive toll free number, which is totally waste as it is only one all over India, which compulsorily engaged all the time. What is the use.
In these issues I strongly lodge a complaint for cheating for not delivering what has been ordered by following the company rules or norms. So request you to get back the same product to je and collect cash ie., what they have returned me Rs374/-.
