Total lack of support by Philips customer support to pick up the subject television since May 2018, as it has an internal screen damage. The response has been disappointing and no one from Philips has come to collect the TV. Our initial complaint number was MUM1005180272 which was closed without any action. Now it is MUM1807180035. Most unprofessional company
