sun visor of six months old
range rover evoque broke off on its regular usage,

but range rover calls it normal wear & tear or an external damaged and cannot claim warranty but instead wants me to spend 16000 for it.

How atrocious is this ? A 60 lakh rupees car sun visor doesnt even lat for 6 months and the company wants to spend on it. Need assistance to solve this
