Complaint Details
I submitted my phone (IPHONE 6+) to phone repair shop (Sushil Tiwari, FONETECH) who proposed that he will be able to replace the phone and provide a new one in 12000. He said that he buys a lot of phones from Dubai and phones are cheaper there. This agreement was done around 22 December, 2017.

He got my data deleted from the phone, saying that it is required for the repair.

He has not given any replacement till date

I have now made the request that he simply returns repaired phone.

However, he refuses to give it back before i make a payment to him.

I plead you to kindly help me with this settlement.
