I have submitted iphone 6+ to him in december of last year and he refuses to give it back.

He proposed that he can provide a replacement iphone 6s+ for 12500

I agreed to that. His condition required me to delete my data and i deleted it

He couldnt arrange for an iphone6s+.

So i begged him to just give the repaired phone.

Even after 8-9 months he wants the payment in advance and will not share the phone with me.

Request you to please help me get my phone back
