Complaint Details
I have pre booked new dth connection on 3rd march 2018 and the booking id is 12524176.As promised in their website it is mentioned 30 to 45 days for installation but I didn't get the connection yet. Every time when i spoke to their customer care they will say wait till next month each time and disconnecting the call without my consent.I need your support to get compensate this injustice done to me.
