On 03.07.2018 I have ordered a product (Blue Banarasi Animal Print Cotton Silk Saree With blouse piece) in Amazon (Sold by: naveen-A2UUK3C7JY23M2) value of Rs.1860/- with wide order number #408-2137990-6407565 with promised delivery date 07.07.2018 and paid the amount of the invoice, but not received the product on promised date and even on next day. When I have contacted the customer care, they have verified and asked me for one daytime. But, for my surprise order was canceled and got the refund in my account without any intimation about the cancellation. When I was customer care team they said we are unable to arrange the product to you and they are unable to contact their seller. But, upon my request Ms.Ramya of customer support team accepted to followup with seller to arrange the product or will intimate in further if stock was in hand. As promised, Ms.Ramya intimated me about the availability of stock with the seller on 25.07.18 to order again of the desired product. But, this time value of the product was increased to Rs.2500/-. Even though value was increased, due to my wife desired ordered the product again on 25.07.2018 with promised delivery date 30.07.2018, with wide order no. # 403-7413457-1814740 with the same seller (Sold by: naveen-A2UUK3C7JY23M2). This time also the same story was repeated as like happened in the first time and response from the customer support team was worst. When asking about action initiate against seller by Amazon team they are telling that purely internal and cannot reveal to customers or any other. But, asking about the failure of product delivery just pushing the seller in front and telling they are unable to contact the seller.

My wife is failed to wear her desired saree on an occasion due to the failure of services of Amazon and she we felt very sad about the cause. How many times you people make us fool with the same reason, to think it is a technical reason how the price of the product increase from Rs.1860/- to 2500/- and why you people not initiated an action against the seller in the first case, if initiated where is the notice??? Amazon & and their sellers got habituated to play with the emotions of the customers and bluffing them to book the orders without having stock on hand to deliver.

Being a customer I don't require the mutual terms/relationship and profits have, between Amazon and their seller and it is purely unnecessary to me. I am a customer of Amazon and not to the seller and I don't know who the seller is. I am paying an amount to Amazon and no to the seller. So, it is Amazon turn to fulfill the orders for which customer paid and not to rub all their and their tie-up sellers failures on customers to escape.

Please initiate the proper action on these type of E-commerce groups who are playing with customers emotions and do the needful.
