Complaint Details
I had purchased a Kenstar Geyser on May 10th 2017. This had a defect and stopped functioning for which I lodged a complaint BAN2406180045 on 24th June 2018. The service technician inspected this and confirmed the defect, as the product is covered under a 6 year warranty he promised to order parts and replace it. Now it is over a month and there is no update and he is saying that the parts haven't arrived yet and will arrive soon. The escalation numbers that I call to are not getting received. Is this delay in service a breach of the terms of the warranty?
