Complaint Details
I am an Amazon.in user since 2014. I placed an order for Apple lightning cable on March 31, 2018 which got delivered on April 3, 2018 with order #404-0557609-7813120. After using it for sometime cable stopped working hence i visited apple authorized service center for its diagnosis. Service center diagnosed and informed me that cable is not manufactured by Apple and denied to provide support in written. Following this, i contacted Amazon customer service team to get the issue resolved but since then the issue is still unresolved.
