Complaint Details
Being Airtel postpaid user, i raised request to migrate to Prepaid on Friday, July 27, 2018. Migration took place on Monday dated July 30, 2018. Then issues started taking place.
First of all, i was unable to recharge my number with FRC, this problem got resolved on Tuesday July 31, 2018 in the evening.
Secondly i was unable to use any service ever since migration took place. Calling and SMS facilities were restored on Wednesday dated August 1,2018 in the evening.
Internet services are still barred and i am unable to use it since last Monday dated July 30, 2018. I wrote to customer care several times and spoke with them but no resolution was provided. I did also visited Noida sector 12 Airtel store many times to share my concern. Later I reached nodal officer regarding this issue but as of now there is no fix to the problem.
Request you all to interfere in the issue and provide a solution for it as it has became very tough for me to sustain without internet being and IT professional. My official work is also hampered due to this causing certain loss to it.
