I have taken HL from HDFC Ltd.with that loan I have taken Insurance Policy to cover my loan.Today I came to know that they have closed my Insurance Policy without any concern taken from me.No customer care or executive was able to tell me what an issue.All are saying that this is master policy call on this customer care or that customer care even any executive don't know what to answer.All Instalment I have paid on time then with whom concern they have closed the same.Very bad experience with HDFC Life.
