I with my two international clients from Bangladesh ,took flight jet airways 9W 2337 on 9th Aug, 13.45 hrs to Rajkot.The flight was kept waiting for 1.20 min after it was moved away from gate.Pilot informed us that there the runway at Rajkot os wet & hence cant fly... After 1.20 min flight took off and was diverted to Ahemdabad airport. we landed at 15.30 hrs & for net 3.15 mins were in Aircraft ..without aircondition & crew was giving only one reaseon -bad weather at Rajkot
To our surprise the AirIndia flight did land at Rajkot & we were just waiting .. finally the plane took off and landed at Rajkor around 7.45 pm..
to our horror entire checked in luggage was off loaded at Ahemdabad.
no one bother to inform us & they were so rude & told us nothing can be done .. the luggage will come by truck & we will send you at your address around 11 am next day.
How thats accepted ?
our return flight was on Thursday 13.35 pm...
somehow we got this luggage on Thursday 7.30 amm.
No curtsy no one bother to offer anything just sorry ..
what kind of airline behaviour for this suffering ?
the staff was rude,ill informed & was not at ll approachable.even captain was extremely unapologetic & rude..
i couldnt sleep whole night...
can some one take this issue seriously ??
