Complaint Details
I have called Nextra for WiFi connection.The person came and give the offer of 4 months, 50 mbps, fully unlimited internet. He charged ₹2121. From me nd gave Recipt on July End. Till now I camplaint so many times in company but my net not working and now in online details it's showing 3 months 400 gb data only. They installed broken router's and till now not in work. I mailed company for Refund and contact no. Of times to all of them. Today also visited near by Nextra Office and he said he can't do anything I can do what I want. As a consumer am writing this complaint to You. Please support me and help me to get refund.
