Dear sir
i ordered dining table on flipkart vide order ID: od112723092618143000 in dt 30.06.2018 on my mobile app against registered mobile no 9920064092 with flipkart. they sent this material with missing part of chairs and the same has been opened by their installation team. complaint regarding the same were registered immediately on 09.07.2018. but return pick up was done on 19.07.2018 for replacement purpose.
till now my replacement is not yet received after almost 50 days of order booking. i am frequently calling flipkart to knok status of my order and the same can be verified from their recorded call log. no satisfactory solution and resolution is done by flipkart in this regard except giving revised or next dates to resolve problem and there is no end to these dates.
i am gone through mental agony due to such irresponsible approach from flipkart and will request you to intervene to get rid of this as soon as possible and help me to get compensation towards mental agony of 50000.00 which is compounding day by day.
