I had already attached the transaction details to OLA Support , ideally theses are the details as passbook , debit credit should be available with OLA money , what is the authenticity of OLA wallet is my concern now if you cannot access the information based on the number 9137334681 and the email id earlier attached to it which is luckybox9@gmail.com. why are we going back and forth it's about transferring the wallet amount these transactions and booking and deductions should be available with you , if u are running a wallet and our details and money is lying with you , you should better have the facility just like a bank . If my query is not solved with be taking ola , RBI greviance and then i will be liable for not only my wallet money but also compensation due to such lack of delay .
Hopefully I get a resolution before EOD today
