Complaint Details
We have deposited a cheque in our state bank of india begur branch ,Bangalore 560068,on 08/08/18 for Rs 16992.00 but till date we have not reeived the credit in our account.
Whenever we visit the branch they cite one reason or the another and turn us back.
Finally when we visited the branch today they cited the reason that there was a problem in the RBI software and no clearing has happened.
We are aware of all these unprofessional excuses and the delay in clearing of the cheque resulted in reversal of our cheque which has really costly us very heavily.Normally when ever we visit the begur branch we find the employees just making fun of its clients and no professional work is being done .They are more interested in gossipping with their friends.
We request strong action against the employees who are not eligible to work in one of the most ethical banks of india .
