Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Mr.G.Vinothkumar using SBI credit no.4377-4856-5902-4467 for past 5 years.
I am sharing a worst incident which happened expecting to get a solution on the same.
On 80-08-2018I launched a complain to SBI customer care to redeem my reward points which was promised to be sorted out. Around 4.45 PM, I received a call from SBI customer care no4377-4856-5902-4467. they stated that that call was regarding reeddming the reward points. I disconnected the call twice and the 3rd time they said the are calling me SBI customer care which is the number mentioned the SBI card. The number which I received the call is 1800-180-1295.
During the call they asked me to share the OPT which I received on my mobile, the conversation was very realistic. I shared my OPT.On the same call they said the OPT has expired and will receive another OTP in few seconds. As instructed I shared my 2nd OTP too.
Before I could realize Rs.10000/- got debited twice from my card. That is Rs.20000/- got stolen from my card. I immediately blocked my card in the next half an hour.
Then on 10-08-2018 I gave written complaint to cyber crime which is being attached for your reference. The mail which was sent to paytm and the copy of dispute mail sent to SBI is also being attached.
I request you to consider these factors take action on the frauds and refund my money.
Note:- Delay for complain was not in the station due to Mr.karunanidhi death so got stuck up.
