Dear Sir & Madam,

My Self Sachin, need your help on priority bases to get my product at my place with proper condition..

i have bought a sofa from INTERIOR POINT ( S. V. Road Borivali) , they had taken additional 6000/- for giving better and additional cotton in SOFA.. they delivered the sofa but it was not proper so i was behind them to come and see why its not proper.. after 7 to 8 days they cam and said its not proper we'll change the same.

after again follow up of 5 to 6 days they came to take SOFA sheet only and confirmed that 2 to 3 days they will change and deliver.. its 8 days now and no update from those ppl.. i am just following and getting false commitment.

worst part is there are 2 senior Mr. Tanveer and Mr. Anvar both committed wrong where Mr. Tanveer is dealing with us since long.. but he can just give fake fake and fake commitment and fake product.. they do not have any quality control at their place and dealing with such casual attitude as they are giving their product as free.. now every one have only one line that we are delivering what else you want.. it means i have paid 61000/- total payment so i am stuck now as those ppl will act i have to be behind them.. the product what they have delivered its not worth of 61k at all..

they confirmed this product will be heaving 7 year guarantee but its not at all written anywhere in bill.. they are running fake servicing company not a single person is answerable..

Customer care number is never reachable, another 2 Landline numbers but no one attend those numbers...

i am a service class person, i have a request from you that pls help me to get my money back, how can i deal with such ppl who really heaving don't care attitude.. in future also if any problem is coming where will i fight with them... As no one arranged my talk with any senior person of the company.. no one have the number of the company owner or any senior person who can take ownership..

pls help me to get justice.. those ppl are running fake company..
