Company Name :Agarwal packers and movers DRS India group , Consignment No & Date :4604767 , (27/05/2018), Amount Paid :25500/-, Destination :Kalkatta to gurgoan , Problem:Consumer have take a services in above mentioned packers and movers but at the time of shifting the T V get damaged so regarding the issue multiple time consumer complaint in the company but the company will not responding properly for that repair cost is around 12000/- so company also agreed to pay that amount but right know they are not responding properly. Expectations:Consumer want that repair cost or Rs 10,000 to be refund as soon as possible.
I have been following up for 3months now and not got the money yet.
