Complaint Details
It's been more than 15 days but my bank is not taking any proper action.
On 5th Aug I made an online transaction against my rent payment to nestaway technology. The amount got immediately deducted from my bank account but the beneficiary did not receive.
I did this transaction using razorpay payment gateway.
When I told about this to icici they asked for the proof . So as a proof I got this mail from razorpay saying that they did not receive the amount . I forwarded this mail to icici but still they are not taking any action. All they are saying the transaction status is success from our side, we can't do anything about it .On the other hand razorpay is saying they can't do anything as they did not receive the money .
Neither of them is listening to me . I don't know where is the money gone.
So I request you to take proper action against icici so that they refund the money.
