Complaint Details
I have purchased a NOKIA 6 mobile of cost Rs.15,999 through eBay.com on dt-17.02.18. eBay paisa pay id- 4676134497. after four months later mobile was not working properly. the mic and head phone jack was not working. I contacted to nokia.com but they replied that this phone is not under warranty in India. I contacted eBay.com, they replied the phone is under seller warranty. i contacted the seller and he agreed to repair the phone. I sent the phone through courier on dated 24.07.18. I got my mobile on 20.08.18. the seller agreed that the mobile has been repaired, but I observed that the same problem is exist as it is. I am trying to contact to seller Mr Ashish Pahuja owner of pahuja nterpeises, he is not responding my call. I have tried many times but seller is not responding. Please help.
