had requested for a reinstallation of my water purifier on 10 the of Aug. and till date no one have taken up this issue seriously despite my multiple complaints and now they have blocked my no. This is nothing new for me as far as services from Eureka Forbes is concerned ,they have always been very UNPROFESSIONAL. Today is 21 of Aug and as you can see no response from your end. I hope the cost incurred by us for buying water from outside should be refunded from your end.
Please I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently as you people are quick when it comes to renewing the AMC
