Complaint Details
I want to request you that kindly look into the urgent matter of fraud held with us.This month one of your *Aquaguard* employee came to our residence (56-B Jain Nagar Talab Tillo Jammu) on 16/08/2018 at 11:30 am, claiming that our Annual Maintenance Charges has been due and it need to be renewed..But there was still one year life of our AMC and when asked for official papers from him, his behaviour was unprofessional.The same happened with us in 2016.
A complaint was also filed in the feedback process, but no action has been taken so far.
Hoping for a quick strict action against such incidence.
