Complaint Details
I bought a Motorola g5 plus mobile phone from the online store amazon last February and found that the product was defective. the physical buttons were damaged and I got it serviced. it happened for two times later and I got it repaired.Now since the device is still under warranty and when asked to replace the faulty device they are refusing to do so. All services are done under authorised Motorola service center. I request you to do the needy and consider my complaint as a valid one and respond soon.
