I made a payment to a service company, which used Razorpay.com payment gateway. Later, the company refunded a portion of the paid amount via the same method.

Razorpay.com initiated a refund with ID rfnd_AgcUsVz2uB0zP0

However, they did not process it and its more than 30 days. I emailed them many times and contacted on many occasions.

They keep saying we are looking into the matter and never reply back.

These guys are cheaters and their license must be cancelled.

Please help me in getting my money back.
