I have purchased tcl curved tv from Amazon on 28 june 2017 with warranty of 1.5 years. On 16 july 2018 i have registered complain regarding display issue. Complaint no. 14882101. It around 1.5 months and they are not providing any service and providing me wrong information and demanding more time. Everytime i call them they ask for one week. They are not even replying me on the mail i am attaching the name, email and mobile number of tcl service head. He is the one who is providing fake information from starting. I have all call recording amd all proof against the company and i am attaching bill of the tv .
Please take strict action against them.
