I bought FTouch Face hair remover from sugarcomb.in site.order no.-13481FAN.first of all

The name of the product that i have recieved is flawless facial remover instead of ftouch hair remover .secondly the box mentions battery included but the battery was missing in
the box and lastly the product
is not working..now when i am sensing them complaints regardimg the product,they are not replying back.i have made the payment as well under cash on delivery method but they are showing payment pending.
