I recieved a call in month of January 2018 they said calling from PNB bank personal loan ,I was in requirement for personal so I said yes and they came to took documents and asked for blank cheque which I said no, but they insisted it is as per norms so I gave. Afterwards I recievd the call from Rishabh he explained loan will be done but within 24hours you need to summit 10k in the account in which you wanted the money that will processing fee, which I submitted from then till 1 SEP 2018 no loan was sanctioned to me. After few weeks I came to they are mediator for banks now I keep asking for refund they never gave me, harrassed me mentally and send goons when I asked them for refund. Now they blocked me on phone and I tired asking there address to meet them but they don't agree and keep saying who took the money Left the job.
Help me in this I have phone recording of them promising with my loan and their number, other thing I am not they are telling me write.
