My friend sent a courier to me and I haven't received the parcel. Reference Number (AWB: P46277814.)

The status is showing as "Returned Parcel Received at Facility".

This is one of the important documents which has to reach at the earliest.

I'm not sure why there is a delay and why it was returned to facility.

I called numerous times and informed that the parcel has my educational certificates and it is important to me. I also requested them to send the parcel back to the destination address and I was willing to pay any additional amount.

But, there is no response for my emails and phone calls despite repeated follow-up for last two months.

Please help me to get the certificates.
