Complaint Details
I ordered a REFURBISHED LENOVO THINKPAD T430 14 INCH INCH LAPTOP on 27th August 2018.
ORDER ID O04A7605B9848F6944
I paid the amount Rs.16, 799 through credit card.
I cancelled the item on the same day. However, they have not initiated the refund even after 7 days from the date of cancellation.
I expressed unhappiness to the customer support via emain & phone for their deliberate delay in reversal of the payment. They do not seem to be taking the issue seriously.
So, I hope they would take prompt action after seeing the complaint
