I had booked a ticket to travel from Kochi to Muscat on 19.08.2018 and return from Muscat to Kochi on 25.08.2018. Unfortunately both these tickets were cancelled due to the floods in Kerala and the airport was closed till 29.08.2018. i had raised the first request for cancellation on Make My trip on 18.08.2018 and was promised response within 3 days. However, I waited til l28.08.2018 before calling and filing a complaint with them to which they tell me that it will take 45-90 days to refund the money. i have also been told that Oman air has not paid them the money which is the reason for the delay. Please consider my grievance since this is a huge amount and i cannot afford to lose it.
