ORDER ID 007846 UNFORTUNATELY ORDERED ONLINE ON 25 JULY 2018 LOOKING AT THE COMPANY'S REPUTATION , MY ORDER WAS TO BE DELIVERED ON 2 AUGUST 2018. I HAVE NO INFORMATION WHATSOEVER. CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE RESPOND SAYING THAT THEY DO NOT DEAL IN OUTSIDE BANGALORE ORDERS. THEY PROVIDED TWO NUMBERS, WHERE THERE IS NO RESPONSE MR. ROHIT 9538835588 AND ANOTHER NUMBER OF MS.MARIA 9535999075 AND MR.JAY PRAKASH 7406122211. WITH THE COMPANY OF SUCH REPUTE I AM GOING THROUGH SUCH A DISTRESS. WHEN FINALLY THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED , IT WAS IN ASSEMBLED STATE ALREADY AND WAS BROKEN FROM ALL OVER. THE BROKEN AREAS WERE CONVERED WITH STICKERS.I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH MR. JAY PRAKASH , MANAGER WITH THE COMPANY AND EVEN APPROACHED MR.MATHAN AND MR.VIJAI SUBRAMANIAM WHO ARE THE DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY BUT NONE HELPED ME WITH THE REVERSE PICK UP OF THE PRODUCT AND REFUND THEREOF. EARLY RESOLUTION WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED. I TRIED EMAILING ON FOLLOWING IDS , WITH NO INFORMATION . EMAIL COMMUNICATION ATTACHED. CMS OPS cc: EMS , Customercare , CMS , EMS OPS , SEO , CCM ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE GONE THROUGH ENOUGH HARRASMENT AND EVEN AFTER MAKING FULL PAYMENT. KINDLY ARRANGE FOR REFUND ALONG WITH INTEREST AND COMPENSATION TOWARDS MENTAL HARASSMENT.
