Complaint Details
My house hold material loaded on 21/05/18 from Pen-Raigad District and received on 09/06/2018 with very worst condition and part load.

So many items damaged and attaching for your ready reference please.
I came to know through you have sent the material by part load and initially ,we discussed , Material to be dispatched door to door i:e Direct load and you have fitting all bed's etc after receiving , then after, i confirmed and I paid 100 % amt before receiving my valuable item's. Despite of our frequent discussion, i am yet to receive insurance paper.


If the material handling boys not trained and unloading with local labor definitely material not handle properly.
After reaching the vehicle Driver denayed to fitting my Bed and un packing of house hold & fitting of material with my own cost (same already paid).

Stayed 05 days hotel with 5 years kids and tried to contact all levels but no response.

Please find the list of materials damaged are ,almara, dining table,Dressing table , Dressing table, Invetor Batter and some cotton not packed properly .Total danged cost shall be Rs. 50,000 )except missing item's)

We are also missing following items:
1. Bike-Glamour-73,000
2. PVC Chhair(2 No's)-700
3. Comfortable (1 Nos)-1200
4. Cartoon Box(4 No's)
5. Wifer , Jadu etc

You committed that, SKY packers is market leader in shifting material and I am working in Tata group but I don't know how to express my worst experience with Sky packers and Movers.

Please confirm my missing item urgently and Please return a sum of Rs. 50,000.00 which was damaged during transit. Despite of frequent follow-up,today,we have received my bike with damaged condition.
1.Front light damaged
2. Dicky key missing
3. Petrol Tank Damaged
4. Backside dicky got filly damaged.

Total expenditure incurred around 30,000(Rupees thirtty thousand only)


Please confirm my missing item urgently and Please return a sum of Rs. 50,000.00 which was damaged during transit. Otherwise, i will go for consumer case.
