I have raised complaint for my broadband services getting interrupted for last 2 months, in every 2 days I am logging one complaint.

The engineers are not very worthy or not technically sound to handle such issues.

Everytime one engineer, whose name is Ambreesh (8448195687, 9971405079) used to come to my place. Today when I called him and threatened him too that this time I can not take it lightly. They instead telling me do whatever you can. These guys are shameless and I request to take some hard actions against such person/ and their company Airtel.

I request to take this matter to higher officials to get some immediate action to resolve this asap.
