My first holiday with Makemytrip with ID:NL220632135173 turning out to be a night mare.As it is a Bali Package there are no visa also.As my wife has been advised by the doctor not to travel due to her pregnancy.So I also gave option to transfer the package in my parents name.Which they refused.The total experience has been really bad till now.I have been in touch with escalation team regarding this they required my wife medical document.Even shared my wife medical document with him on 27th August 2018.Makemytrip employee even said he will send the medical documents to get the waiver done from the hotel and airline side.I shared the medical documents.He then told me he will get a revert from hotel side and airline side.Then will update me on 4th September.Then he said 5th September he will update.Now 05th September he told me cancellation waiver is not possible as per the makemytrip policy.I would like to ask you from 20th Aug 2018 till 05th September 2018 he was not aware that cancellation waiver would not apply under this condition then why did he ask me for the medical document.I even dont know that e-mail have been sent to hotel and airline for the waiver with the medical documents.Why was I not told about this earlier???????????Why the medical document was required for the waiver when no waiver is been given?????????????????????????????????????.I think my trust has been eroded in makemytrip with false assurance being given to me.Totally unethical treatment and being harassed by makemytrip as my money is with makemytrip.I being taken for a ride at makemytrip behest.....................................................
