They promised something, but not delivered.
I am experiencing service issue with Airtel, but no response or resolution. I have recharged for 1 year package based on agreed. Last 10 days I am kept following with Airtel , they keep saying the same thing again and again. I totally frustrated, I have no connection. How do I escalate? I have all valid proof of mails on agreed plan and payments made
but they are saying now, the plan is not valid for me, just came for 4 months. They disconnected my connection and asking to recharge again.
