Hello,

I ordered one JBL speaker from Awstro Website.
Product Details : JBL Charge 3 Bluetooth Speaker with Built-in Powerbank - Colour : Black

Product which they sent me is duplicate copy of original item and colour was different and packing was also already opened state also it was not working properly.

I immediately wrote to their customer care and dropped messages to them about the product.

Even after daily contacting then they replied once or twice but not replacing or refunding the product.

Please find the attached things.

Also bill was not original.
