Hello sir

I made the mistake of ordering a product worth ₹2480 from www.naughtyme.com website. However, I tried to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. As per their policy, cancellation is possible within 24 hours and the customer's money will be refunded. But when I requested, they said my product was already shipped. That was exactly 37 days ago!

Ever since that, I have been asking them for an update on my order and they tell me nonsensical reasons.

Twice they said my product has already been shipped and I will be notified of tracking details. They did not do it. Now they are not responding to my emails or whenever I try to contact them via their online chat.

It took me a long time to realise that they are running a fake website and are stealing the money of innocent people. NaughtyMe is nothing but a total scam website.

Please take the appropriate action against them and ask them to give me back my money.
