First Email to Vodafone : Aug 17 I would like to bring to your notice that I have not yet received my refund cheque in my changed name. Lack of complete knowledge, unclear client communication and wrong promises have become a standard of any vodafone galleries. My experience with the Juhu Galli and 4 bunglows vodafone store.
I had requested for a cheque pick up at Vodafone 4 bunglows and they denied saying it is not a companies policy and will be sent to registered address only

Highly unprofessional attitude. When I requested to collect the cheque From the store, I was told, it is not possible and It. Will come only at the postal address. Also from past 14 years I have been receiving my postpaid bill under the name of Ami Doshi with same name at this address . Now You mention that it is a short address.

A series of mails.. reminding for my refund payment... still not received. Today I have got an SMS stating I will take another 15 days and my query will be reverted on 9/11/2018.
