Respected sir. With the hope of justice from a reputeded institute like you. Requesting you to take prompt action against Vidyalankar institutions. Sir my son Priyam Nirav Majithiya has taken the admission in above said institute by seeing there market reputation at there Borivali branch. Mumbai. Maharashtra. Sir I have paid them entire fees as advised by the institute according to mutual consent by the way of cheque. Details are attached with this. But after attending one week of lectures in vacation batch, They have all of sudden told me that we can not teach the subject as your collage sylabuls are different and we don't teach as your collage is autonomous and we don't have that subject so we will refund your amount in one week. And we will deduct the fess which you have attempted the lecture. But we thought it is OK let's concentrate on studies as collage was started after words. And they told the to give writing applications for refund with valid reason and copy of collage receipt. As per there instructions we have submitted all the documents. But after one week of our calls and personal approach many times with them, They were prolonged the time about a month and was continued following them for the refund. And our continue conversation with different people they were all the time telling us that your payment is in process and amount of deduction will be decided by our management at head office which is in Dadar.. But after long waiting period some lady called us and inform us that Pls kindly submit the bona-fide certificate of your collage admission and than we will give you the refund. But I was really shocked when they informed us that we will deduct the amount of 26000/-thousands rupees toward proposonate scheme our our management. So I have requested them to do the justice but they refuse for the same. And force us to take the balance of two thousand rupees and PDC cheque. So than long conversation with them I have also refuse to take the unfare deducted amount for just one week of lacture atten. And I told them that will lodge the complaint about this to education department and even in consumer court. But they given me the reply that you do what ever you can. We have good relationship with all the concern department. Sir it's not only the question of my money but this is clearly violation of rules and threat. If this kind of old institutions is doing behaviour that means you just imagine how many students have suffered and cheated by them from many years. Sir with humble request to you to take the action against Vidyalankar institutions at the earliest. And let this noble and reputeded education department and our law to do justice. As well as my son who have suffered a lots of stress due to this and got Depressed. And trust towards our system of education lost. So again I am requesting you to give us justice at the earliest or we will go to the HON. Court if needed. Pls help us. Awaiting for your positive response at the earliest.
